This chocolate is one of my faves. It tastes really sweet though. Enjoy! 🙂 (Btw, I edited this recipe to the way that I make it. Check out the original in that link above)
-2 cups of milk cooking chocolate
-3/4 cup of white cooking chocolate
-1 can condensed milk
-2 teaspoons of vanilla essence or 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
-green food colouring (use as many drops as you want
-peppermint paste or extract (depends on how strong you want the flavour to be)
Melt milk chocolate, 1 cup of condensed milk and vanilla essence. Pour in a tray covered with parchment paper and chill in the fridge.
Then, melt the white chocolate with the remaining condensed milk, peppermint essence and food colouring. Be careful when melting (I kinda burnt mine a little)
Pour the white chocolate over the partially hard milk chocolate.
Sprinkles are optional but they definitely make the chocolate look prettier.
Cut and serve!! It may be a little bit gooey. Have fun baking!
